WHAT TO EXPECT

Sheridan First Christian Sunday service begins at 10 am. Our services blend the modern with the traditional and last about 60 minutes. The Thursday Night Specials provide our music. Children/School age from ages 3-9 attend Children’s Worship & Wonder where they learn Bible stories and are able to “wonder” what the story is trying to tell them. Communion is the celebration of the Last Supper and is celebrated every Sunday. Sunday School begins at 9 am. School aged children may attend. Children may attend Children Worship and Wonder during worship services.

Each Sunday, we focus on creating a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. We laugh, hug and sometimes even cry.

You will find warm, welcoming people dressed in a variety of ways. Some wear ties but no suit jackets, some wear “business casual” clothing, and some wear jeans. In the summer, you will see shorts and flip flops. We don’t care what you wear. We are just glad you are worshiping with us!

Just like the world we live in, God’s kingdom is an incredibly diverse place and full of people of all ages, genders, abilities, personalities and background.
